The silly named Zavvi has now gone into administration as has Officers club, with that coffee shop Whittards going into administration and the demise of Woolies (Scumbag called in there at 9 this morning to get some selection boxes - now left apart from fucking pick n.mix), things are gathering pace.
Who'll be left at the end of it all?

At worse it could be just the Banks left in our High Streets but I suppose if it got that bad they'd have been burnt to the ground by then.

There's a street in Newcastle that used to have a load of half decent shops on it, now it's reduced to cash converters, one of those "buy a sofa / TV on credit at 45% APR" shitehawk chains, poundstretchers, nobles amusements and a couple of tat shops.....
